RETURNS & SHIPPING

RETURN POLICY
 
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it within 5 business days of receipt of order.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same pristine condition that you received it.  Jewelry boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.

Custom design or special orders are exempt from being returned.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. It is highly recommended that returns are sent via US Postal Service Registered Mail, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt confirmation that your shipment has reached Jessica Lauren Designs LLC.  (UPS® andFedEx®  will not insure merchandise over $1,000.)  Returns must arrive no later than 10 business days after receipt. Please email the tracking number to service@JessicaLaurenDesigns.com so we can track your return.
 
If any item is received by us after 10 business days from the date in which you received your package, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  We cannot accept a return of any item that has been altered from the condition in which it was mailed out.
 
If you receive a refund, we will reimburse your credit card or original method of payment for the purchase price of the item.  Please allow a short processing period to fill your refund.

We are not responsible for any items lost, damaged or stolen in the return delivery to us.
 
 
PROCESSING
We do our best to have every piece on our website available to you within a week of your order.  If the piece you have ordered is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.
 
SPECIAL ORDERS
All special orders or custom designs are non-returnable. Please contact us should you need a special size in a particular piece.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We do not charge for shipping on all domestic (within the United States) orders.  All of our packages are fully insured via FedEx or UPS by Second Day. Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States.  We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.  Please note: If your shipment arrives damaged or opened, please do not accept the delivery.
 
SALES TAX
If you are shipping within the USA, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to New York. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the USA.
